FitMMAx™ is our new state of the art conditioning program that combines the calorie burn of Boxing, the art of MMA, the skill of Muay Thai Kickboxing, the intensity of Ground n Pound, and the discipline of Martial Arts.
FitMMAx™ Boxing: Training consists of shadow boxing, heavy-bag drills, focus mitt work, speed bags and jump rope. Boxing involves a combination of strength, stamina, power, speed, and most importantly, SKILL.
FitMMAx™ Muay Thai Kickboxing: Improve your self- confidence, discipline and self-awareness. Gain greater strength & agility, build stamina and get in excellent shape using the tools of your body: the hands, knees, elbows, and shins.
FitMMAx™ Ground n Pound: To be a champion, train like the champions without contacting another person. All conditioning for ground n pound drills will be done with the use of a dummy This is a great workout to increase your strength and endurance while relieving ALL stress!!
FitMMAx™ Cage Cardio: Five 5 minute rounds in the Cage!
FitMMAx™ Circuit Training: Is an efficient and challenging form of conditioning. It works well for developing strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination. Circuit Training is superb for general fitness and caters to a wide variety of fitness levels. You won’t be bored with a mixture of Heavy Bags, Cage Cardio, Ground n Pound, Kettle Bells, and Plyometrics.
TRX™ Suspension Training:is another important part of FitMMAx™, that employs the user's body weight and simple physics to create an unlimited range of resistance and complete range of functional motion across hundreds of exercises. Suitable for users of all fitness levels. |
